Since October 2010 OnetoAnother has been helping poor and marginalized families through loans, trainings, food distributions, homes, village medical camps and construction of a health facility in Baseera in southern Punjab. OnetoAnother aims to continue this work by providing a small health facility on the outskirts of Multan City. There are many hospitals in Multan but very few that help families who have little resources. Many of these poor families have to take loans in order to pay hospital fees. Additionally, surrounding hospitals in the area have a reputation of charging high prices; government hospitals included. They should be providing cheap and adequate healthcare but are doing neither.

OnetoAnother seeks to aid the poor through providing healthcare at minimal costs. The area in which OnetoAnother has constructed this hospital is growing rapidly and in about 5-10 years the hospital will be able to serve thousands of families.

The main objective of the hospital is to provide good and affordable healthcare to poor and marginalized families. The initial plan is to focus on women, children and patients who are terminally ill. Currently there is no facility in Multan that provides service to the terminally ill patients and their families who cannot give the necessary care.
